Tankograd - 1015 Kraftwagen-Flak German ‘K-Flak’ Vehicle-Mounted and Trailer-Mounted Anti-Aircraft Guns
€36.00
With the outbreak of World War One, Imperial Germany had been engaging with army motorisation for almost 15 years. Yet on the matter of specialised tactical military vehicles, no final design or even production had ensued. Therefore, Germany entered the war with a fleet of rear-wheel-drive civilian trucks, cars and motorcycles, with very few of them even partially militarised. There was one vital exception: for motorised anti-aircraft artillery, the crucial need for a specially designed all-wheel-drive carrier vehicle had been identified at an early stage.
